How much does Bluepic cost?
Bluepic offers three plans. FREE is free of charge and includes 200 credits per year, up to 10 templates and 50 stored assets. PRO costs 1,000 EUR/year and includes 1,000 credits per year, up to 30 templates, 10 team members and 500 stored assets. It can be expanded with add-ons at any time. ENTERPRISE is individually quoted and offers a custom credit volume, unlimited templates, custom team size and capacity, an account manager and an onboarding workshop. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
One note on how templates are counted: a template slot is taken up per format. A template with a single format uses one slot, and a template that holds both a LinkedIn post and an Instagram story uses two — so 30 slots are 30 single-format templates or 15 templates in two formats each. Templates in the Drafts, Archive, and Presets folders do not count at all, and PRO can add more slots at any time.
What is a credit?
Credits measure your usage. All plans draw on one yearly credit allowance, which is consumed as follows:
1 credit for every personalized graphic or video exported from a Design Generator, whether it is downloaded, posted to LinkedIn, or shared via Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, or email. Images and videos cost the same.
1 credit per 100 images rendered via the API or an image URL, and 1 credit per 10 videos.
1 credit per 10 images generated in the Batch Editor, and 1 credit per video.
Video is priced per video: duration, resolution, and frame rate do not change what a render costs.
No credits are consumed for opening or filling out a Design Generator, exporting the same graphic again within the year, API renders that are already cached, downloading campaign assets such as PDFs or videos, exports by logged-in team members in private campaigns, and exports made with a campaign password.
What happens when I run out of credits?
A Design Generator is never switched off, and your campaigns stay reachable for anyone who opens one of your Bluepic links. Even above your credit allowance, every graphic can still be created and exported.
In FREE, exported graphics carry a Bluepic watermark from the moment you cross the allowance, and keep it until the allowance renews at the end of the year or you move to PRO. In PRO, nothing changes for the first three days; after that the watermark applies until the allowance renews at the end of the year or until an add-on raises the allowance. An add-on that raises your credit allowance by 100 credits costs 100 EUR per year. It is bought in steps of 100 and lifts the watermark immediately. ENTERPRISE output is never watermarked; instead, the overage is metered and settled at the end of the year.
You are notified once 80% of the allowance is used, and again when you cross it. A third notification follows at the end of the grace period.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
ENTERPRISE is a negotiated contract: a custom credit volume, unlimited graphic templates, custom team size and asset capacity, no watermark and no stop above the allowance, a personal account manager, prioritized support, an included onboarding workshop and Custom Domains (CNAME/White Label). ENTERPRISE is ideal for large trade fair operators, franchise networks, and organizations with many events where the PRO plan's capacity becomes a constraint.
How many team members can I add?
FREE has no team members. PRO includes 10 team members. Additional members cost 20 EUR per member per year and are added in steps of 5.
What is the Implementation Service?
We offer you the option to have your designs created as Bluepic templates by our team for 300 EUR per graphic template. Simply send us your designs in an open file format of your choice (Photoshop, PowerPoint, InDesign, Affinity, etc.). Our team will take care of the implementation and send you the finished Design Generators. You can share your request with us here.
How does API pricing work?
API renders draw on the same credit allowance as your Design Generators: 1 credit covers 100 images rendered through the API or an image URL. Videos are priced per video at 10 to the credit. Duration, resolution and frame rate do not change the price. An identical render served from cache is not charged again.
