There are three plans: **Free**, **Pro**, and **Enterprise**. Each plan comes with a yearly **credit allowance** plus capacity limits for team members, template slots, and stored assets. Pro can be expanded with add-ons; Enterprise is sized per contract.\n\nCredits are **usage metering, not a balance**: nothing is stored as \"credits left\" and nothing carries over. Usage is summed within the current yearly window and compared with the allowance. A new window starts on the subscription anniversary (Free: the signup date; Pro: the Stripe billing cycle).\n\n## What consumes credits\n\nEvery rate is per delivered asset. Video is priced per video: duration, resolution and frame rate do not change what a render costs.\n\n- **1 credit** for each unique personalised asset an end user exports from a design generator — image or video, same price. Opening or filling in a generator costs nothing, and re-exporting the same asset within the window is not charged again.\n- **1 credit per 100 images** rendered through the API or an image URL. An identical render served from cache is not charged.\n- **1 credit per 10 videos** rendered through the API.\n- **1 credit per 10 images** and **1 credit per video** out of the Batch Editor. The Batch Editor is ten times the API rate on purpose: the API is infrastructure, the Batch Editor is an interactive product surface.\n\n## Above the allowance\n\nNothing is ever refused: a design generator is never switched off and an end user is never turned away, so a published campaign stays reachable for its whole run. The consequence of overage is a watermark, not an outage.\n\n- **Free:** output carries a Bluepic watermark from the crossing on, until the next yearly window starts or the account upgrades to Pro. Free is never stopped.\n- **Pro:** nothing changes for 3 days (grace period). After that, output carries a Bluepic watermark until the next yearly window starts or a credit add-on raises the allowance, which it does retroactively and lifts the mark immediately. Pro is never stopped and there is no overage invoice.\n- **Enterprise:** usage is metered and shown transparently; overage is settled at the end of the year with the account manager. Enterprise output is never watermarked or stopped.\n- Alerts (in-app and email) go out at 80 % of the allowance and when it is crossed; on Pro that second alert names the date the watermark starts, and a third follows when the grace period ends.\n\n## Capacity\n\n- **Team members:** Free has no team members; Pro includes 10; Enterprise per contract. Every user belongs to exactly one team.\n- **Template slots:** counted across the team. Free 10, Pro 30, Enterprise per contract. Templates in the drafts, archive, and presets folders do not count.\n- **Stored assets:** one counter over uploaded images, videos, documents, and fonts in the asset library. Counted across the team. Free 50, Pro 500, Enterprise per contract.\n\n## Plan features\n\nPaid plans (Pro and Enterprise) unlock the analytics dashboard, the Batch Editor, organisation-wide presets, team campaigns, and removal of the Bluepic branding on generators. Enterprise additionally unlocks custom domains.\n\n## Pro add-ons\n\nPro can buy additional credits, team members, template slots, and asset slots at a fixed yearly unit price (see the table below). Credits are sold in steps of 100, team members in steps of 5, template slots individually, asset slots in steps of 100. Capacity add-ons are prorated for the remaining subscription cycle; credit add-ons are charged in full. Free cannot buy add-ons; the only upgrade path is Pro.\n\n## Enterprise\n\nEnterprise is a negotiated contract with a custom credit volume, custom seats and capacity, unlimited templates, an account manager, prioritised support, and no watermark or stop above the allowance. It is aimed at large trade fair operators, franchise networks, and organisations with many events where Pro capacity becomes a constraint.\n\n## Services\n\n- **Implementation service:** Bluepic's team builds a customer's existing designs as templates for 300 € per graphic template (discounts for larger volumes on Enterprise). Source files in any open format (Photoshop, PowerPoint, InDesign, Affinity, and others).\n- **Support:** email support for all plans; an account manager, prioritised support, and an onboarding workshop with Enterprise.\n\n## Not on the price list — ask during procurement\n\n- Enterprise pricing, contract terms, and volume discounts.\n- Service-level agreements.\n- Multi-year or multi-organisation arrangements.\n\n## Plans\n\n| Plan | Free | Pro | Enterprise |\n|---|---|---|---|\n| Price per year (EUR, excl.
